Payment

We use Paypal, which is completely secure. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, Baby Guardians won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.

 

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Baby guardians have made every effort possible to make sure all pricing on our website is accurate however errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices; otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

 

Returns Policy

If you change your mind in the first 7 days from delivery we are happy to exchange or refund. We also allow a further 21 days for exchange. Exchange or refund is only available if the product is unused and in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet these criteria. We will not refund the delivery charge & the customer is responsible for carriage back to Baby Guardians. If a free gift was received with the order it also must be returned unused. All products to be returned should be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Courier (we cannot be responsible for items sent to us that are not signed for). 

 

Complaints

Our level of customer service is second to none and we take any complaint very seriously. Should you have to need to complain about anything from Baby Guardians we will respond within 24 hours with the intention of a swift and satisfactory resolution.
