Mainland UK is £6.50 (up to 25kg) for next day service. For Highlands & Islands we recommend you contact our customer service on customer@babyguardians.co.uk prior to ordering.
We will despatch all orders received before 2pm same day for next day delivery Mon - Fri (Orders received from 2pm Fri to 2pm Mon will be despatched Mon. We do not ship on bank holidays, all orders received on bank holidays will be shipped the following working day). On the rare occasion an item is not in stock, we will contact you prior to despatch.
We are more than happy to quote delivery costs, please contact customer@babyguardians.co.uk prior to ordering & a member of our staff will be pleased to help you. If you do not have a Paypal account we will require payment by bank transfer.
You will pay the price quoted (Errors and omissions are excepted).

We do, we will not share, sell or rent any of your information. We do not collect payment information. We may contact you from time to time by email or post with offers.

Baby Guardians trust you will be pleased with your purchase. If you change your mind in the first 7 days from delivery we are happy to exchange or refund. We also allow a further 21 days for exchange. Exchange or refund is only available if the product is unused and in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet these criteria. We will not refund the delivery charge & the customer is responsible for carriage back to Baby Guardians. If a free gift was received with the order it also must be returned unused. All products to be returned should be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Courier (we cannot be responsible for items sent to us that are not signed for).
My goods have arrived damaged, what should I do?
You must mark on any courier delivery docket “Items unchecked/damaged”. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery, on customer@babyguardians.co.uk .
If your product arrives faulty please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If your product develops a fault within 1 month of delivery please contact us straight away for an exchange or refund. You must contact us on customer@babyguardians.co.uk.
What if I cannot find what I am looking for?
We are constantly updating our catalogue, should there be something you need to protect or protect your child from that we do not have on our site, please contact us & we will source the item for you.
At Baby Guardians we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. A complaint is taken very seriously & addressed at the highest level. If you need to contact us regarding a complaint please email complaint@babyguardians.co.uk . All complaints will be responded to within 24 hours (Mon-Fri), treated in the strictest confidence & resolved as a matter of urgency.
